Payment guide

How to pay with Bitcoin

At this stage, Takeover intends to accept BTC as its online payment method. Prepare your BTC before beginning checkout to avoid delays while an invoice is active.

01

Prepare your Bitcoin

Purchase BTC using a wallet or exchange available in your region. We recommend using a non-custodial wallet, as it gives you direct control of your funds. Always follow the terms and security guidance of the service you choose.

02

Build your order

Select your products, review the quantities in your cart, and proceed to checkout when you are ready.

03

Review the payment details

After entering your delivery information, the payment screen will show the exact BTC amount, receiving address, order number, and payment deadline. Verify every detail before sending funds.

04

Send the exact amount

Send the exact BTC amount shown on your order. Account for any wallet or network fees so the amount received matches the invoice. For example: 0.00128440 BTC order total + 0.00060000 BTC network fee = 0.00188440 BTC total required in your wallet. The receiving address must still receive the full 0.00128440 BTC order amount. Never reuse an address from an older order.

05

Email your payment confirmation

After sending payment, email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. Attach a screenshot showing the completed payment or include the transaction hash (TxID) in the email.

06

Wait for confirmation

Bitcoin payments require network confirmation. Keep your order number and transaction ID available. If the payment status has not updated after the stated confirmation period, contact support.

07

Order processing

Once payment is confirmed, your order status will be updated and the order will move into processing. Check your inbox and junk or spam folder for further updates.
